Tie Rods do not change camber.only toe if our wheels are
moving that much looking at this from the front / \ or this \/ something is worn out or bent. this should not be doing this.

Well, my truck is lifted so maybe that's the difference. If you inspect the adjustments under my truck you'll see that the tie rods definitely affect camber as well as toe now. Until I figured that out I couldn't get the alignment even close in the driveway. Everytime I pushed the toe out, I had to compensate by adjusting the eccentrics to push the camber back out.
