When starting my truck...

When starting my truck during the summer SOMETIMES when i go to turn the ignition to turn on the car it doesn't catch on the first turn. It stalls like its going to die and then catches on. The other day it just turned off right after i went to start it. Remind you it only happens sometimes on hot summer days. Maybe 2 days out of the week. Im not sure if its my starter or is it something else? Any help.

-Trim (i.e. SR5, Sport, Limited)
-Mileage

~Have you had the battery tested?
~When the vehicle stalls/stumbles can you start the vehicle over quickly? (i.e cranking it a second time starts it up immediately)
~Do you have any misfire/rough running when the vehicle is hot?
~Do you have any DTCs stored in the vehicle?

do you have your AC on when it is cranking? like if you shut the vehicle off previously with the AC on, then when you start it again the AC is on

2003 4runner sport 4.7 L. No AC is on prior. yes i can turn the vehicle over quickly after it stalls. No battery hasnt beeen tested but im sure its not the battery. No rough running.

2003 4runner sport 4.7 L. No AC is not on prior. yes i can turn the vehicle over quickly after it stalls. No battery hasnt beeen tested but im sure its not the battery. No rough running.
