That's not actually Tepui, it's North Shore Off Road probably just acting as a Canadian distributor for Tepui kind of like when OuiPack was billing themselves as ARB Canada.
This sort of thing is one of the reasons I went with an ARB tent. At the time I was looking for an RTT everyone around here had a Camping Labs tent and was raving about them. Then Camping Labs said they were looking into moving manufacturing to North America and soon after completely vanished. This left everyone with one of their tents without warranty service or a source for replacement parts. ARB on the other hand has been around for something like 30+ years and has some of the best warranty service I've seen in this industry. I managed to break the zipper on my tent cover and they sent me a whole new cover free of charge. When the signal housings on my ARB bumper melted they sent me two new ones, also free of charge. Both cases I had the replacements in my hands within a week. There might be other RTTs with more bells and whistles out there now like Treeline and Tepui, but if I was buying a new RTT today I'd go with ARB again.
