Where can I find this part?

My back panel on the rear seats was off when I purchased my vehicle. I’m trying to find replacement clips such as the one pictured.

They have an extra cap which somehow was ripped... if anyone has at least a part # that would help a lot.

Those suckers break all the time. Any time you remove door trim pieces or rear carpeting at this age with 18-24 year old plastic you can just assume at least one will break.

I'd re-inforce that panel too. A little wood glue will help hold the chipboard together for the next removal. Plastic removal tools that can get up there to pry right under the clip/panel will help in keeping things from breaking (both the clip and the panel).

I couldnt agree more with this, and the plastic removal tool helps you avoid the risk of folding/creasing the cardboard backing of the carpet.

For tiny stuff like this I'll order through my local dealer and then just pick them up in person. I may pay a little more than the online price, but I don't need to pay any shipping if I do it that way.
