Where can I get a Hi-Lift Slider Adapter...

...for a reasonable price.

Looking for a slider adapter to use with my Hi-Lift jack. I Googled and it looks like only Lotus Development is making them, but they want $69. It might be just me, but I would rather not pay more for this little adapter than I paid for the Hi-Lift jack itself.

2 years ago it seems that these slider adapters were made by many companies including Overland, WabFrab, Rockteck, Textrax, etc and were selling in the $40 range. I am surprised hardly anyone is making these anymore since I am sure there is still a lot of demand.

Any leads for a company that still makes them for a reasonable price?

When I got mine a couple years ago, and they seemed to all be >$60 at the time. Whatever it costs, it is worth it. Huge difference in stability, especially in less than ideal conditions.

Lotus adapter is $59 through Toytec. After shipping it may or may not be cheaper. $70 and free shipping through Amazon.

Looking at it, and with my very limited fab experience, They don't look very difficult to make. If you have, or know someone with a welder I'd imagine it wouldn't take too long.
