Where is the intake located for the

Where is the air intake point inside the fender exactly ( 3rd Gen 3.4 L ) ? I have a tiny chipmunk or something getting inside my airbox and trying to use my air filter materials to build him/herself a condo in there . Need to manufacture up a screen of some sort to keep that little f'er out .

If you open the air box and remove your air filter there is about a 3 inch hole in the front passenger corner of the box. To put a screen in you will probably have to remove the air box to get access to the pipe.

Are you talking about that tube located in the fender? It doubles back in the fender towards the antennae.

It's in the front part of the fender near the front headlight. It's super easy to find....just look in the wheel well.

Yeah that tube . So basically there's no easy access to the end of that ( inside the fender ) tube huh ? I wanted to put the screen at the entrance to keep him and his minions out but I guess I'll settle for a screen at the air box union . Thanks dude

Pull the fender off, it's a couple of bolts at the top along the side where the hood sits and a few at the bottom then the whole thing comes off.
