As far as I know The BFG 265/75/16 only come in the E load range...I had a set and they are overkill for a 4Runner. The Duratracs are awesome and look badass but I have heard of the weak sidewalls. FWIW I ended up with General Grabber AT2's which are very similar to the BFG's but much cheaper and I've been very happy with them.

I haven’t been able to find a site to purchase either or in c or d load range.

I had Discount Tire order them in, mine are D load. However I don't know where to order them online.
So i narrowed it down to Nitto Terra grappler or duratracs (C load range). Not sure which to go with...

Depends what terrain you do most
Primarily street. Rarely go off road.

Looks like you went another direction, but I wanted to put this out there for anyone else who is looking at the KO2s. As others mentioned, they're only E range currently for the 16s. I've been pricing tires for my 97 and the KO2s were in consideration. The best deal I found was at Sam's club. The tires are $197 and the out the door price is $850 plus tax. The tax here would be around $72, but they have a $70 rebate on them through August. So pretty much $850 total, which put them at least $100 less than any other quote I got, most were over a thousand.
Sams can be a nightmare if you have them rotate and balance regularly. If they cross-thread your studs, they can't fix it. You have to take it somewhere else to have it done, pay out of pocket and they'll reimburse you. But you have to handle it yourself because they aren't equipped to do a repair.
In my case they cross-threaded all of them on one hub and one on another hub. Since it was a certain Honda, the hub had to come off completely. Cross-threading should never happen, or happen rarely. Tire people are high turn over so it's all about training and management of those people.
