Where to buy spare tire tool

So I am missing one of the tools I need to change a spare. It is the one that actually goes through the hole in the bumper and fits into the tire release. Can I buy this from a online parts dealer?

Here is the part I have, I need the other one.

The hooked part is what goes into the spare tire hoist slot and the jack. It looks like you are missing the handle that then goes on the end of the hooked bar and the one extension that I think I see attached to it.

A dealership will have it. You might get lucky at a junk yard, but I doubt it.

It should be 09116-35041

I don't know anything about this source as I have never ordered from them. It is just what I found when I Googled.

You'd think there would be plenty of un-needed ones around.
I know I don't use them cause my spares wouldn't fit underneath my trucks, but I don't know where they are.

I would think there would be. Though I imagine that the people that don't use them either loose them, or they throw them away or something.
