Where to find insulator for solenoid-to-starter cable?

Has anyone ever found a source for the insulator that covers the cable that connects the solenoid to the starter motor? Toyota doesn't list it separately. Starter repair kits don't seem to have it.

Try contacting Denso directly. This is not generally something you can find as a spare part.
