where to run 1/0 power wire?

Getting ready to install a couple of amps, inverter, etc in an 05 sport. I have a fosgate power wire i think its 1/0 . I need to get it from battery to center console.

1. Where is a good spot to go through firewall?
2. Is there a place to tap the positive besides at the battery lug?

Driver side firewall grommet, and get power at the terminal and fuse with the correct amperage fuse rating.
