(Almost) all anti-freeze is ethylene glycol based. They will all 'work' the same. No better, no worse in terms of anti-freeze and anti-boil--identical, and don't BS that OEM is any better at this than anything else. It's not. Ethylene glycol is ethylene glycol--period.
The issue is corrosion. Engineers have a menu of materials they can use in a cooling system; there is also a menu of technologies for the anti-corrosion additives in coolant. For instance, Asian engineers love phosphates and avoid materials that are attacked by them. European engineers use those things and hate phosphates. The Asians hate silicates and borates; europeans like them.
The modern green stuff is pretty much safe for all engines. It will not maintain its anti-corrosion characteristics as long as the fancy phosphated technologies in Toyota Red and Pink. They ARE different, contrary to many posts, but they both use phosphates.
As long as your green stuff is silicate and borate free, and it probably is if made in the last few years, you will probably will be fine. Just keep your change interval at 30k or less because it just can't approach the 50k or 100k performance claimed for Red or Pink. I use a Pink equivalent, Zerex Asian, and I run it 50k.
