Which gasket set

Hi, I just bought a 1993 4runner v6 4wd with 222,000 miles and a blown head gasket. For 700. Shes a little rough but she'll clean up nice. I've seen head gasket (valve covers ect) sets on ebay for around 50 bucks and 75 including head bolts. I've also seen a set from engnbldr.com for around 120 + headbolts. I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with the ebay ones. Should I wait 2 weeks till next payday and go for the engnbldr one? Or should I go for a different set entirely? Should I get the headbolts as well? Also is there any better manuals than the FSM? Do you guys think I got a good deal?

Nice grab man, I'm in the same boat, except mine has 220,000 km and more rust yet! I was hoping it just need a timing belt but she needs gaskets too. Probably gonna part her out there, maybe get the motor going nice and sell that too.

Yeah for 700 you can't beat it lol. I got it off of my brother's coworker had it been on craigslist it would've been gone in a day or 2 lol.

you might have to put a few bucks into her but its all worth it in the end !!!!
