Which longer travel shocks

I recently installed some 5100s and ended up yielding too much rear lift for the shocks. I am in need of some longer travel shocks but not sure what brand or what length I will need. I am sitting at 25.5" hub to fender. I could barely afford the 5100s so I am not looking for anything crazy. Any input would be appreciated.

What lift are you running in the rear? Stock is 21", so you're at 4.5" rear lift. You're almost going to have to go with something custom (not cheap) for that much lift.

Closest option similar in price is the Fox performance series shocks. They're for up to 3 inches of lift.

Yeh I may look into that. I have no idea the exact coil rate. I called Deaver and they said they could not tell my without removing them and taking several measurements. May look into the superflex's because I cant do anything custom. The guy I got these coils from put superflex's in his fj and said he regretted it because he didn't gain or loose any height over these coils. I also stuck them next to a set at toytec and they were the exact height and coil wrap.

I can't find the link. but toytec and some other companies make a shock extension for 5100's and oem blisteins. it will get you by, but look into getting some longer shocks. Just talk to bilstein directly and see what they say

5100s are designed to be the droop limit, so unless you raised your bump stops, shock travel did not cause damage to your shocks. If you install long travel shocks without lowering your bump stops 3" you will destroy the shocks in very short order as they are not designed to be the compression bump stop. Your springs will also fall out if you articulate any decent amount, without dual rate LT coils.
