Which non A/T tires?

I'm in need of a new set of tires soon. Wondering, for those of you without 4x4, which tires are you running? I'm looking for a set that last the longest and the least road noise, but also ones with good grip. I have ran a set of stock and a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers to 80-100k each. I have good tire management, thanks to track days in my civic :). So let the suggestions begin.

I have the Nitto Dura Grapplers on my 2WD and so far so good, my son just got back from skiing in Colorado and said they worked great. The set before where the Goodyear Triple Tread. I have them on the wife's SRX now and she noticed the improvement in rain and snow. So Goodyears are great and the Nittos less $. The SRX came with the Michelin tires and the SRX hydroplaned easily and had no traction in the snow.

Michelin LTX M/S2. These tires will last forever, and there's not a much smoother or quieter tire out there. I had a set on my Tacoma with 80,000 miles on them. My only complaint is their wet weather traction when they start to get worn.

I also like the plain sidewall design without an overload of stupid looking siping and gigantic letters.

This^. I had a set on our 06 4runner 2wd. Factory tires made it to 80k the I put the M/S 2's on it. We traded it in at 140k and they still looked new.
 
Sorry for blowing the thread up, but I've also used the General Grabber HTS and been very satisfied with them. They are MUCH cheaper than the Michelins with comparable performance, but shorter tread life. And the sidewall lettering is really gaudy.
 
For a little shorter tread life, but a lot cheaper....try the Cooper Discover HT. One of the best all around truck (non AT) tires you can buy. The place I buy my tires from the run about $80/tire then the Michelin LTX. Performance wise I found them very equal...The Michelin's lasted about 70k, while the Coopers were lasting almost 60k. Even though you'll have to buy new tires sooner...the Coopers over all will be much cheaper.

which model of Michelin were on your wifes car?

how are the Nitto's with road noise? Cause my Terra's are quit loud, well to me anyways.

Michelin Latitude Tour HP. The Dura Grapplers are quiet for a T4R but I would not run them in the wife's Cadillac SRX. The Goodyear is just better both on the T4R and SRX. I have the Terra's on my 4x4 TRX and my sons Tacoma and they are noisier but they are the A/T.
 
I have fusion suv tires. I replaced it 15000 miles ago and loves it. I'm not sure yet how long it will last but I know it's in the 60000 mile range. also, it's the cheapest with the other competition. I'm happy about it too.

Bump. Need tires sooner than expected. Gonna need my shop to order today or tomorrow for the install on monday.

Road noise and traction is priority. Was gonna go with the Lts m/s2. But I remembered having the the older m/s on my taco, and when it was wet, I had to becarefull with acceleration.
 
Michelin LTX M/S2

Got em on both runners and love them. Very quiet and great response! Hands down Michelin LTX M/S2 for non A/T
