Which Speakers to get with SCION Head Unit

Okay, so what if I'm a value shopper. I have a Scion 6disc changer on the way. My question is, (only using Circuit City as the basis for this thread) If you had to choose, which 6X9 and 6 1/2 speakers would you go with?

FYI, I am doing this on the basis of having installation done at the store.

Alpine 6 x 9 2-Way Car Speaker
Brand/Model: APN SPR694A
and
Alpine 6.5" 2-Way Speaker
Brand/Model: APN SPR174A

or

Polk 6" x 9" 3-Way Speaker
Brand/Model: PLK DB690
and
Polk 6.5" 2-Way Speaker
Brand/Model: PLK DB650

I know this combo has already been reported to be pretty good.

ANy suggestions?

Agreed. Infinity speakers are some of the best, IMO.

A friend relayed some advice from one of his close friends that owns an audio shop -- listen to the speakers and buy the ones that sound best to you, regardless of price. Sometimes the less expensive speakers will sound better to you, and you're the one who will spend the most time listening to your decision.
