Which springs for the fron?

Hey folks, I've decided that my front struts will be the 6112. However, I am concerned about weight. I have a; dual battery kit, with a 31m battery, a winch, and a ARB front bumper. I want the height as ride to stock as possible. Is there any consideration for the springs for the 6112's? Or will the springs that come with it work fine? Overall I am adding about 350 + pounds.

a little bit of lift isn't a problem but stock tire size is where I want to stay.

I am not 100% but IIRC, stock rates are ~580lb and 6112 are 600lb. I have 650lb springs on my Radflo w/o the dual battery or full bumper but I do have a winch, lights, roof rack etc. I am happy with the ride but this doesn't really help you out as I doubt they are valved the same. I would call the vendor you are purchasing from and inquire about your use if they can't/won't help move on to Bilstein or another vendor.

The 6112 kit comes with 600 lb springs. I spoke to a couple Bilstein reps at the Overland expo a they claim those springs are plenty for a setup like yours but when I added my full steel front bumper with steel cable winch on my 4th gen the front dropped more than an inch and the springs felt overloaded. I ended up going with some King 700 lb springs, ditched the front sway bar and now it feels pretty good. I run Icon C/O's with 650 lb springs on my 5th gen but the Pelfry bumper is aluminum and the winch has synthetic line so it's considerably lighter but it feels just about perfect. For your setup, I'd recommend going with at least 650 lb coils.

I say go with 700lb coils and don't look back. I had the 6112's with their stock 600lb springs with just my Shrockworks bumper which the website say is 137lbs. Sliders are 45lbs each I think.
I didn't like the way it handled. Nose dive was back during braking just like stock shocks did and turning had more noticeable body roll than before.
I decided to get the 700lb King coils for the 6112's and they feel great. All above is gone and rides smooth in my opinion.

I have the driver's side clip set at #5 and passenger is at #3 with the 700's and I'm just at 3" of lift. My stock height was 19.5" from hub to fender I think. Right now I'm at plus or minus 22.5" Passenger side is higher by less than a quarter inch.
