Which trim has reclining 2nd row seating?

I tried searching but am unable to find conclusive info about it.

I have a 06 Limited but am looking to get a 5th Gen. I was wondering which models have the reclining 2nd row seating. I thought it was that you had to have the 3rd row in order to have the reclining 2nd row.

I am looking at a 2014 Limited but am not sure about a 3rd row. Thanks for your help.

Not sure about other models, but my SR5 with 3rd row does have reclining 2nd row seats.

I am pretty sure all of them have reclining 2nd row seats. My SR5 w/o the 3rd row has them. The mechanism is different based on if you have the 3rd row though.

I am 99% sure my 2016 TE does not have reclining 2nd row seats. It's a Canadian model so not sure if that makes a difference. :canada:

It does. Right on the side of the seat. Will recline a few inches.

You know it doesn't recline all the way back (i.e., flat)? Right? I just measured mine (SR5 Premium). Here are some measurements:

At 12" up from the seat bottom (the part you sit on), the seatback is reclined 3".

At the horizontal seam in the fabric (SofTex) that runs across the seatback (about 2/3rds up the seat), the seatback is reclined 4".

At the shoulders (top of the seatback), the seatback is reclined 7".

Yes I did know that thank you! I am inquiring about the reclining seats for the long road trips for the back passengers.

Now only the 4Runners with the 3rd allow for the 2nd row to move forwards and backwards though correct?
