Which vacuum line for seafoam?

Did some searching and found that most referred to "the vacuum line" as the one they tapped to seafoam. I see several under my hood but I'm not sure which one is "the" one to use. Does anyone have a pic they can highlight which is safest/best for a 2005 V6? I'd appreciate it.
