Man I wish it snowed more down here in the Hoover area I wanted to get some trail time in but we got like less than an inch :/

Thanks! I'm liking your 4th gen too. I was super happy that we got so much snow. I was out there almost all day Thursday in the snow.

Hey guys! I'm a little east of Birmingham in the Moody area. I used to be fairly active on here when I had my 3rd gen 2000 limited, but it was 2wd. Put on a Toytec 3" lift and 285/75/16 Duratracs and quite a few other mods:



Then I got rid of it and got into my 2011 F150 FX4, which is my baby with lots of mods:



I got tired of driving my 99 Camry memaw car to work everyday and had been searching for a 3rd or 4th gen 4runner with around 100k miles and 4wd for months. One finally popped up that I liked enough to buy, so I ended up with this 2003 Limited 4wd with ~94k miles on it about 10 days ago:


It had a little bit of surface rust on some of the frame and welds and rear axle, but I treated it and think it should be good to go and looks much better now. Have some plans for this but not in a rush since it's my 100 mile/day daily driver. Gas mileage is obviously less (still getting a little over 20 mpg), but I don't really care bc I'm much happier in this.

Nice find on the 03. That is low mileage.

Got a group going off-roading Saturday in Helena if anyone is interested! It's fairly light trails (I have 2wd and make through everything) but over 150 miles of different trails so it should be a good fun day!
