Who has cut their bumper for winch mount or SSO wings? What size trim lock do ineed

I've asked this question so many times and never got an answer. I gather I don't want 1/16th inch but there are so many sizes. I have a WARN winch mount so I'm just gonna cut and probably get the place that's making my rock sliders to weld some bars in that spot.

Plastic is 1/8" thick. The width of your trim depends on you. I think I used 5/8 width or 9/16.
