Zero issues with KDSS so far. Had to replace the sway bar bushings, but that was low cost and just regular maintenance. Haven't driven a runner without KDSS for any length of time, so can't make any comparisons. Washboard roads and dirt roads are still bumpy, but maybe less so? Really been a pretty solid vehicle!

Not really often, but when I do, it's usually well above what the 4runner is rated for and I'm going across the country and over the rockies.
Power steering pump started acting up around 225k and was replaced
Front right LCA bushing rubber broke at 268k
Alternator failed at 277k miles
Have replaced a couple CV boots (still original axles with 35s, lockers, etc), a couple ball joint boots, universal joints in front and rear drive shafts, plus regular maintenance stuff like brakes, fluids, belt, etc. A few gaskets and O rings.
*Not counting aftermarket/modifications
Oh yea, my driver's seat bottom has about had it. The padding and cloth is worn out and starting to come apart, but I'm not light at 180-210lb

That's pretty good, honestly, as far as issues go. I'm impressed.
I normally put on about 18k a year with commuting and trips/wheeling, but working from home means that just about all my mileage is for leisure now, so about 9k a year. I'm at 29k on my 2019.
EDIT: Almost moved to Fruita last year, but ended up in Fort Collins. Fruita is a great place.

No issues so far other than routine maintenance. Wheel bearings, shocks, etc.

330K miles on a 2014 SR5 purchased new in September 2014. Should have 331.5K by this weekend.
Have a new 2023 Off-road Premium arriving in a matter of week. Keeping the 2014 because it has been the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned and it will stay at our ranch in Montana. Can never have enough of these in off-road country.
