Well that was interesting. Got lost a couple times. Realized my stock suspension is poop when D's giant Stomper oozes over everything in front of it. Good times. Saw a couple mule deer, coyotes, rabbits, a rattler and what we think was some sort of fox like creature stalking us along the trail for a couple of feet.

Weekday runs are pretty much universally out for me. That four letter word called "work" puts a major damper on doing anything fun during the week.

My line of work there is no such thing as a weekend. Your weekend is your day off and even then you're on call. I was happy that this time I got a Sunday off. Ohh well schedule changes roughly every 6 months.

I have that 4 letter word issue during the week as well. But I can usually get a Friday or a Monday off if we're going to do a weekender - the only catch for me is I typically don't/can't get time away from the office the first 2 weeks of the month - the life of an accountant....

assuming its similar to doing the lift on my truck it can be done in an afternoon, although night time would be better since its hot as heck. also the top shock bolts are easily accesable so it should be no problem at all.

I considered doing it myself and I have almost all the tools I'd need to do it... then I went out side a few minutes ago. Too friggin hot. I'll pay to have it installed. I don't mind wrenching on my vehicle and if this was January, maybe... But not in the middle of June.

The Midnight Run

Somehow a massive rock ended up right in line with the easiest route up and down the waterfall. D tried to move it with his rig. The pics don't do his tires justice, they are huge on there, was nice seeing KO2's in action. Didn't get pics but I played footsie with a descent sized scorpion while inspecting the drop at the waterfall. Turn a corner and run into a Bull chilling in a wash.

I guess I need to get a couple of jack stands, a floor jack and a torque wrench. Its going to be damn hot. Better hold off on the beer until after we're done, lest we end up with the coil-overs on the rear of the vehicle.
