I cant believe that Jeep made it up that hill. I would not have tried it. Looks like it was fun.

There are a number of them in the Sedona area.
Probably the most iconic of those is Broken Arrow. It has pretty heavy Pink Jeep traffic on the weekends, so either go early or go during the week. Some really great views from submarine rock and chicken point. I didn't see any mods to your 2015 SR5... It can be done with a stock 5th Gen 4Runner (I did it a couple of times) but do expect to drag your trailer hitch and mash your front skid from time to time.
Another one is called Greasy Spoon. It's not nearly as scenic or technical as Broken Arrow but is a nice run either way.
Oak Creek Homestead is one more. Fairly easy but there are some off camber areas on the shelf road down.
Finally there is Schnebly Hill Road, which isn't difficult at all, just a really rough rocky road that takes you up to I-17. Some very scenic views from the plateau of the Sedona area below.

Yes, you would take state route 89A north out of Sedona through Oak Creek canyon. Slide rock state park will be on the left about 7 miles up the road... Watch out for brown streaks on the red rock. A favorite pass time of many of the children there is to brown out on the rocks. Can't tell you how many times that area has been closed for fecal contamination. check out Arizona State Parks: Slide Rock: Water Quality and call that number the day you want to go. Have fun!

Im not sure how I missed area on the forums! But I just moved back to AZ and definitely want to get out and explore. The wife and I did the Sedona Broken Arrow trail a few weeks back and it was a good time, not to many Pink Jeeps out there. Looking forward to see what comes up!

Not sure what my work schedule is next week but I would be more than happy to hit a trail or two with you while your up here. I typically get Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. I haven't hit Oak Creek Honestead yet and I know that goes down to a swimming hole, could be a good one to consider

Just a heads up that I'm planning a Broken Arrow run for Sunday the 19th. I've created a thread over in the off-roading section to broaden the base, so to speak. Don't have a meet time yet but if we can all get there early enough, there might be enough time to get in Broken Arrow and Oak Creek Homestead... Plan for an all day affair!

Fellow AZ T4R'ers....I'm contimplating taking advantage of the ICON GB going on right now. It would be Stage 1...does anyone here know how to install these? Or know how much install would cost me at a local (good reputation) shop?

Funny you should ask about installs... hehehe. Yeah, we have some experience installing suspension systems. If you want a shop to do it, you're probably looking at anywhere from 300-400 dollars without an alignment. Some won't do it unless you buy from them. It's not terribly difficult to do though. Couple of floor stands, couple of floor jacks, wrenches, breaker bar and bungee cords. Guys am I missing anything? Other than the bloody marys?

As Coder stated above not difficult, it was quite easy, definitely don't need to be a mechanic to do it. I was surprised how easy it was. Most of the time it was just figuring out the plan of attack.
I say do it yourself, with some buddies, or if you have some kids get them involved, OR if you set up a Bloody Mary bar.....Anyway, no better way to learn about your vehicle than doing the work yourself, then if something fails in the field you can fix it.....for the most part.
Have you had experience with rebuildable coil overs before?
