I am not sure who that 4runner belongs to, but I do remember seeing it in the http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/104161-what-did-you-do-your-3rd-gen-today-1419.html thread.
If memory serves me, It is stock suspension, 265/75/16 BFG KO2s, with SCS (Stealth Custom Series) F5 wheels. Nice rig.
