Hey guys! I am in Austin as well! I have a 1st gen taco 4x4 currently but will be moving into a 4runner in the near future. I love wheeling out in lago vista, found a great spot out there with fun trails if anybody wants to join sometime. Are there any HF trips coming up?

I read LV (presumably the picture posted?) is shut down now?

not to hijack this thread but since there isn't an "Austin" section I'll ask here:

Anyone know of a good Austin shop that they'd trust to do suspension/uca swap on a 2013 Trail w/ KDSS? I should do it myself but I don't have many free weekends and I'm growing impatient Pretty straightforward aside from working around the KDSS a bit but hoping to find some recommendations here.

Sorry for the delay..

I kept checking my post for people but it was a ghost town for weeks, maybe almost a month. I just came back in and hotdamn! We got some neighbors 'round here. Let's setup a meet & greet sometime. I'm also looking to explore some hidden trails within Austin and the hill country. I heard of a hidden spot off bee caves and 360, anyone know of it? Let's find it! Email is best: [email protected]

Hey samuelashirley just where in lago vista do you go 4x4? any quading allowed there by chance? I usually ride on my deer lease in Johnson city - lots of room....

There is an austin off road group with (mostly) Toyotas. (GATOR). Greater Austin Toyota off road but we operate mostly off of a FB group.

I'm always down(on the rare occasions I'm available due to a 7month old crawling around the house), I work off of 620/2222 but live in Round Rock. We gotta get you linked up with the G.A.T.O.R crew

Also there is a weekly 4x4 Truck meet Tuesday nights from 6-10 at the Twin Peaks (I35/Louis Henna/Chilis lot) in Round Rock. Its hosted/started by the GATOR group --so its predominately Toyotas for now.
