This is a non-endorsement for Don Rucker Tire out on 620. Last year, I had my OEM Grandtrek tires taken off and the Toyo Open Country tires mounted by Don Rucker. That all went well. They asked if I wanted to take the used tires (about 14k miles on them, all highway) or leave them to see if they could sell them. I left them and asked them to sell them and if they did not sell in a reasonable time, call me and I'd come get them.
Well, I forgot about them so I called to see if they had sold... three times. The last time I called, the guy says "No, we did not sell any used Grandtreks." I asked if they still had them and the reply was "You're welcome to come sift through the stacks out back and see if you can find them."
So, customer service rating? Closer to a ZERO than any other number. I'll head out there and find my tires and take them back and that will be the last they see of me. I'm hoping they are there so I can put them back on and remove the lift kit and other accessories to sell it all. The 4Runner has to go... hate to but at least I get a new Tundra in return.
Besides the lift kit, UCAs and spacers, I have the N-Fab steps and a set of black Maxliner digital-fit floor mats including the cargo mat. Anyone interested in those? $180 for all the mats, $250 for the N-Fab steps... I don't want to ship them so I can easily meet someone with these items. Once I have tires, the lift kit, UCAs and spacers are coming off.
