Who's Running 9 Wrap LC's???

I just picked up a set from THe kid.. Can't wait to get them on the rig. My 891's aren't cutting it anymore with all the weight I have in the rear.

But I am wondering how I am going to get these under the rig... Anything special you have to do in order to install these monster springs? Unbolt the panhard? Sway bar links? brake line?

I got mine in without a spring compressor but it was kind of a biatch. Disconnected the panhard and sway bar and jacked up the axle on one side as high as I could and still needed to use a prybar to get them in. Once you get the first one in the second one is easy.

Did same, u can bend down brake bracket at top.Also will need to undo 1 clip from each side wheel sensor.I didn't really need a pry bar and did it completely my self with average shop tools.I do have 3 jacks though and used all of em.Will need 4x4 on end of jack.

9 wraps with 2'' body lift..dang thats some killer lift running 35's. is an oxygen tank required to breath up in that high of altitude?

Ugh.. that was one of the biggest pain in the arse jobs I've ever done on my rig. I used a spring compressor, jack, scissor jack to push the axle down and still had the hardest time. But they are in there.

I am currently sitting at around 26" from center of the axle to fender. Its got some rake but the front is adjustable and the tire carrier isn't on there. I like it.

OK this thread made me want to give these a try. Where would be the best place to pick up a set of 9 wrap LC new?

You can only get them used and they're kinda rare so they can be difficult to track down. I got mine from Cruiserparts.net
