That's true of individual polls, but people have developed algorithms to weight various polls properly and come to a likely forecast by summing them all together.

Thai i think hot air kind of spun that story. Biden has obvious differences with Obama. That is a fact. But you know what, that's whats great about the duo. If you had two people with the exact same ideology it would be stupid. Biden is a balance to Obama, although they disagree on many issues, they are able to appeal to a wider audience. Hopefully with Biden's balance, Obama will "see" the other side on the controversial issues. Palin on the other hand is a damn parrot for John McCain. She agrees with absolutely everything he says, despite any of her actual beliefs. From Biden's speech i don't see anything that question's Obama's readiness. Would you agree?

Also it is unfair to ask how could you vote for Obama. Everyone is human Thai, they are only voting for the person that will help them out the most, be it family or whatever.

I understand where you are going with this but it's unfair to call out McCain on this. Both candidates say they can 'relate' to the average american, but they can't. It's one of those things that just sounds good on TV.

I don't agree...Biden's speech clearly showed that there will be major international issues with Obama in his first 6 months of office...he is sure of it! And that Obama will make decisions that are UNpopular. And then he compared it to what Kennedy experienced in his early term...and by all measures, Kennedy foreign policy sucked...sucked really bad! And, in particular, Kennedy's early foreign policy confrontation(s) were obvious diasasters! I don't see where Biden's speech could be anymore obvious!

Didn't Biden say that Obama would be tested like JFK? He never said he would act in the same way as JFK. JFK actually kept his cool during intense foreign policy endeavors like the Cuban Missle crisis. It doesn't matter whose fault it was that started it because it came down to key decisions JFK and his advisers made and we barely made it.
I don't know Thai, it would be downright stupid for Biden to do something to put down Obama. Honestly, Biden has been in the game a long time, he knows how to succeed as a politician. Then again I used to think the same for McCain until he picked Palin for VP.

I think i said that. I meant she is going against some things she believes in just to support McCain. Atleast that's how i see it. During interviews her answer is always i support whatever McCain wants to do. I simply am enjoying watching other people argue for a change and it doesn't really matter to me now since I know Obama will win this unless the GOP makes a mockery of the voting system and tries some underhanded garbage to pull a win out since it's obvious Palin and McCain aren't even on the same page as of late.
McCain has been flip flopping on a few key things as of late too;he really doesn't know how to deal with the economic situation and it's showing by now going back to the Ayers situation and really I think most americans don't care about that but it's a last ditch effort by the Republicans to try to win.

Yeah, and it's even more of an issue because he has Palin as his backup. She is completely unqualified to be President, hence her high negatives in recent polling. She's more of a drag than Bush on the McCain campaign which is interesting to consider. Bush is pretty hard to beat as being unfavorable but she managed to do it...
