Bumping this thread in the hopes that someone can help. I'm having the same issue with my truck.

I found out that my truck has an alarm system that was just unplugged. I like certain features, but hate the horn sounding and the headlights turning on when I lock/unlock with the fob.

I'm tempted clipping the wires that control the horn and lights, but I'd rather not go through the hassle of tracing them all down if there's a simple programming solution.
