Why No Haynes Manuals?

I have seen OEM Service Manuals for model year 2011 (there are 7 volumes total including elestricla diagrams) on Ebay from an $450 for an incomplete set to $1500 for a full set in wrap. @011 would work for any serious work you need to do an any year 5th gen. I have not seen any newer prints than 2011. I suspect they have simply moved over to a live docs system like linked above.

I click manuals then sorted by year and 4R. I'm guessing it doesn't show unless you subscribe. I'd like to know exactly what is available if I'm going to subscribe.

Well not sure how to respond. I simply gave you a link to Toyota’s tech service site. It is where all their repair manuals are now, they are all live docs. Did you read what the subscription gets you? I am not sure how “repair manuals” couldn’t be any more clear.

I already found the water thanks but I have no need for it so I'm not drinking it.
I don't need it I was just curious for future reference.
I was expecting more along the lines of it showing a link then asking for subscription when you try to open it if you don't have one. Just didn't want to assume it will show up. I've been shafted before.

If/when Haynes ever does release a 5th Gen 4Runner manual, it will now only be a digital download and not a published book.
Of course, Toyota has to end production of the 5th Gen (and move on to the 6th!) before that ever happens.
