Thanks I had to roll since I just found new take off with 100 mile tires, TPMS all 4 and with lugs and locks for a friendly price but 5 hour drive. Just got back :thanks:

4th gen 4runner bolt pattern is 6x5.5" (or 6x139.7mm)

if you're talking about the LC80 then it 'should' if your 4runner can do 16" wheels. if you have the sport or optional limited brakes (the bigger ones) they won't do 16" wheels.
If you're talking about the LC100 then nope. Same bolt pattern as the newer tundra (5 lug pattern)
