Approach/departure angles and offroad capability vs. hideous design and fuel economy? The Prius already occupies the later territory.

And honestly the savings would be insignificant for SUV/Truck owners in comparison. At the average mileage per year (15k) you're saving $2500/yr. While not nothing, it's nowhere near the $25k transportation companies would save per truck due to the MUCH higher annual mileage.
