I have 165k on the odo and my ball joints are leaking. I have a front end vibration that just showed up. Might have been after a minor collision. With a tundra that caused me to get a new bumper cover and grill.

the boot is leaking? that really doesn't mean anything. unless the joint is sloppy, its still good. and typically, no, even a really bad ball joint wont cause a vibration. I would look at tire balance to start with.
