Will bigger spare tire fit?

Just wondering... Did it not get too close to the exhaust? I understand air flows through there when driving but how about at idle, in traffic or crawling?

I'm sure it got close but I didn't hear anything or see anything. Like I said, its inside my cargo now and only drove around with the spare under there for a couple days. It sits stupid low.
