Will I be able to clear my tires?

It has come time to replace the shocks/springs. My 4Runner came with the tires and lift already installed, so as far as what is currently on there - I have no clue. I will eventually put on smaller tires since I am driving further to work than I was a few months ago, but for now I would like to use the same tires.

Will I clear these 33/12.5/18 tires with the Bilstein 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) and OME 890/906 springs?

Also,

Is this a strut extension spacer that is on my truck?

N that is not a spacer, that is the OEM, or OEM style spring top. Perhaps you have a body lift? Maybe someone will later post some advise on suspension lift, at some point you have to drop the front diff. Only other possibility that you already have some sort of suspension lift is if those are Tundra struts and springs, and perhaps there is some sort of lift spring or spacer for the rear.

Regardless, I need to get new shocks/springs and sway bar endlinks/bushings in before it gets cold. So if no one knows if those tires will fit, I'll probably order new wheels/tires.
