Will not Crank

I have a 1988 Toyota 4Runner with 3.0 V6, I have replaced the fuel pump and still will not crank, i have great pressure at the fuel rail. If i pour gas into the throttle body it will crank and run fine till it burns what gas i poured in it. Can someone give me some ideas.

Did you actually pull out an injector and make sure it's spraying?
If not try the cold start injector.

if u were smart enough to change the fuel pump im sure you changed the fuel filter....?

yea i changed the fuel filter as well

i have not pulled an injector yet, how do you check the fuel regulator
