Will rear row Tacoma headrests fit the 4Runner?

I'm missing my second row headrests in my 2007 4Runner and found someone who has the back row headrests from a 2006 Tacoma. Does anyone know if they will fit?

Does your 4Runner have a third row?

The head rests in the 2nd gen Tacoma are not the same shape as the 4Runner's. The Tacoma's don't wrap around down towards the front as the 4Runner's thus on the Tacoma the headrests need to be removed before the seats can fold. The 4Runner's second row can fold without headrest removal as long as the fronts are far enough forward.

I can double check on the post spacing for you later this week.

Thanks for your comments! I've got the two-row 4Runner (wish I had the 3rd but so difficult to find, even when I was considering buying new). The relative shape doesn't concern me too much just as long as they will fit the post holes correctly. At this point I have three car seats in the second row so headrests serve mostly as a way to keep cargo aft of the second row where it belongs in the event of a panic stop, etc. I've got to figure out whether this deal will work by tomorrow night or else wait for something else to come along. If you're not going to get a chance to check before then, no worries, but any help is greatly appreciated!

I ended up finding an eBay'er that specializes in salvaged seats and he had the headrests in leather for $44 shipped or the whole leather rear seat for $99 plus freight (another $139). He had some detailed pictures of the seat and it appeared to meet his claim of being at least in 95% condition (no specific wear). I couldn't resist putting in leather rear seats (my 4Runner has leather in the front but cloth in the rear) for not a whole lot more than I thought I'd have to pay for cloth headrests.

Don't think he had any in cloth at the time I bought (or else I would have bought them) but I'm sure he's getting new stuff all of the time. I paid for them yesterday and they shipped via FedEx ground today. I'll let you know if they show up in the condition advertised.
