Will these wheels give me fitment problems?

That does matter. I was about to ask what year.

If you're running 15s, you should be fine. If you're running 16s, you can't run 15s. The brake calipers will hit the rim.

Not necessarily true. I had 15's on the Taco and it came with 16's...
 
See I keep trying the "is it compatible" feature and it definitely says these rims won't fit my car. I'm now looking at 16x8 thinking 15's are too small
 
Infact I found 16's I like a lot more! 16x8 6x5.5 and they have a 4.5' backspace with 0 offset. Will those without a doubt fit? Anyone know, thanks!
 
You'll need a lower offset to run a 15. Our trucks generally come with 4 piston calipers which makes for very few 15 Inch options. I believe you need -25 offset or so. But I would recommend 16's to avoid any issue.
