Will this 4th gen spacer fit a 3rd gen?

Does anyone know if the Daystar spacer #KT09117BK (1" thick topout spacer) made for the 4th gen will fit a 3rd gen 4runner? It seems like a lot of other spacers from Toytec etc. are cross-compatible, but was wondering about these.

Note, if you look up that spacer at the Daystar website, the picture is wrong. The one I am inquiring about looks like the picture below.

I'm gonna say NO. The 4/5th gen Top Hats are slightly larger in size.

Call Daystar and ask. They probably make a kit for 3rd gen, if not I'm sure you could make it work by slotting the holes slightly if necessary.

Thanks all, doesn't sound like these are a good fit for the 3rd gen. I have some spacers I pulled off my 4th gen and was wondering if they would work for a relative's vehicle, but I guess not. I may just try and sell them on the classifieds.
