Will this fit my 2007 4Runner?

I'm looking for new wheels and tires for my 2007 SR5. I've got the stock 16"s on there now. And I'm new to any modifications.

I found a set off a 2010 Tundra, 18", 275/65/18. Will these work for me? Will I likely need anything else like a leveling kit? I'm going for a good, clean, but sporty look.

No, the newer tundras have 5 lug wheels while the 4runners have 6 lugs so they won't fit.

Unless you get an adapter like mine. Cost me $185 on Ebay. *Warning* they are not hub centric and you WILL get some vibration from them. Not terrible, but it's there.
