Winch and mount vs suspension changes

I am reconsidering my options regarding adding a winch to my 2016. One of my primary concerns has been that adding a winch and mount (read new bumper) would require upgrading of the front suspension. That said, I have found a mount of appox 35 lbs and a winch of 64 lbs. Undercover Hidden Winch Mount Systems mount and a Engo Model EPF10000S winch respectively. These are shipping weights and the winch is with synthetic line. A 9k Engo w/syn would be 4 lbs less (and $40 less)

I am thinking adding 99 lbs to the front end will not be a big deal.

I am asking the collective wisdom of this site if my thinking is correct. Will or will not adding appox 99 lbs require suspension changes? If it turns out that suspension mods will be required, would upgrading the springs suffice?

If my questions seem lane, please pardon my newness to the Toyota platform.

TIA

No reason to flame!

I doubt you could say suspension changes would be required, but perhaps they may be recommended. In my opinion, even stock without winch and mount, the truck nosedives quite a bit upon braking. It also has a noticeable rake. Do these things bother you? If so, I'd recommend it. Also, if you're getting a winch, it's pretty safe to say you'll be wheeling it a bit, in which case, an upgraded suspension will further benefit you.

That's my take on it :)

Front End

I added a SSS hybrid bumper and a Warn zeon 10 with syn and the weight makes the front dive worse the the barely acceptable stock set up. Also front end dropped probably at least a inch...wish I would have measured. Now this is considerably more weight than your talking but I thought you'd like to know. I thinking the fix is Toytec adjustable coil overs.
