Windshield Washer Pump Not Working

I've searched this forum for answers to the best of my ability and have not been able to come up with the answers I need. I live in the South so there are no freezing concerns. Both my front and rear wipers work and since the front and rear pumps are on the same fuses ( according to the guide). When I pull on the stalk or turn the knob for the rear there is no sound, nothing. There is no fluid in the hoses. It was working fine before I let the truck sit in the garage for a week. The reservoir is full. We have an inordinate amount of bugs around here so maintaining a stream of washing fluid while driving is a must . Thanks.

see if you can get to the power wires at the pump and just tap it to a battery and test if the pump went out. if it still good, its either the fuse or relay.
