i buy oem inserts, 6 bucks each and works great -but how do u guys get them to last for 2 years?
i have to change them every few months

nope, i'm in nyc. doesn't rain as much but i do have to use the wipers often for pidgeon poop.

i just remembered i have a bottle of rain-x in the garage. my wipers did last longer when i applied it to the windshield.
guess it's time to reapply after 3 years.

I mean I'm not saying it will make em last 2 years longer or anything but I haven't used my wipers more than twice in the past 4 months except when I spray the washer fluid.
