Winter washing

Ok, so my Statosphere Mica is 4 days old and it is pretty dirty already with road dirt/salt. The weather is supposed to warm up somewhat tomorrow and I'd like to get it washed. I'll only bring it to a touchless carwash, preferably one that does not recycle the water but I expect that they pretty much all do that now. So, there is going to be residual salt in the water.

How big a problem is this? Is having salty wash water as bad as picking up the salt on the roads? Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to wash a car when it is too cold to do it by hand?

Yeah, bring it to a touch carwash, and wash it yourself you bum.
Then dry it with a chamois, voila, clean!
