Wiper Switch Woes

Hey guys. I've recently had a problem with the wiper controls on my 2005 Sport Edition. The intermittent control pretty much doesn't work. It'll work with some playing around with the setting, but if I try to rotate the speed control or turn the rear wiper control, the intermittent control stops working. Slow and fast constant on still work, but I don't need that much wiping sometimes. I'm considering changing the actual wiper stalk but I was wondering how much would the part cost and if there is any instructions online, (I couldn't find any). Thanks for the help!

It's called the wiper switch assy. Will run you roughly $125. Takes 1/2 hour to replace.

Get the FSM. It's in the Senors and Switches section under Wiper and Washer System.

Don't buy the part. Fix it. VH2001 figured it out. It's a $6 part.
