Wiring Harness Behind Bumper

I had my bumper off the other day installing fog lights and saw this harness just sitting tied up behind the bumper. I know it's not the fog light harness as that one was taped to the blinker and I plugged it in for my fog lights. Then I saw [MENTION=385111]T4R_Fanatic[/MENTION] post (thank's for letting me reuse your image) and it sparked my interest again.

Anybody know what this is used for? Tried to google, but results were all over the place.

There's an unused plug for the outside temp sensor if you don't have a Limited (auto climate control). That might be what you are looking at...
