If you look at the fairing design on other racks, like Gobi or Baja, the fairing goes from the bottom bar a sits flush against the roof.

Posted this up elsewhere but this is probably the best spot for it per [MENTION=165]momo.75[/MENTION] request. Finished up my custom fairing for the WMW rack. It cut the wind noise from mind numbing to non existent. I will post up a more in-depth write up on it tomorrow evening as I need to take it down for a couple tweaks and to vinyl wrap it, but here it is:

Ah yes, need to update that. I WAS in Biloxi, MS but now I'm about 35 mins south of Pismo Beach, Ca.
About a year back I tried tog eat his rack when is as only 2 1/2 hours away but at the time he didn't have a 4th gen version... Sucked!
Pismo would be a stretch for me, I'd be willing to do San Jose or maybe Hollister.
The challenge is you have to know a business in the area that will accept the shipment, it can't be a residence as far as I know.

A lot of ups stores will accept a shipment as well. Just call and give details and make sure they know what's coming so there's no hangups.

That sucks. The Pismo is cool, but i meant being that close and leaving so close to the time he had the 4th gen racks.

I finally got it all painted and mounted. I just need to work on the fairing and wiring. Sorry for the crappy phone pics. I was doing good to get it on the truck before it got too dark. I will get better pics tomorrow and put them in the write up in my build thread.
