A while back I had posted about my 4Runner making a puff of smoke every once in a while on startup. I would notice the smoke after driving on the interstate for an hour, then letting the car sit for half an hour, then starting it up again.
Had a compression test done and the numbers came back good! It was what everyone had thought--the PCV valve.
It's a $5 part and takes 2 minutes to change.
