would '96 4R seatcovers possibly fit a '95?

i've got a '95 4runner, and i've found some '96 "seat covers" for sale. they are not 'seat cover' seat covers, they are ones to replace the old "upholstery" on your seats. i'm curious if they might perhaps fit on my '95 even though they are third gen. perhaps just on top of the old ones if they are a little bigger? just curious if anyone might have any ideas on this; i don't know exactly what the third gen seats look like compared to mine.
