Would and did also! While not a 4 runner, my '87 xtra cab convinced me that toyotas are awesome! Traded my '95 4runner for a new 2000 durango, and while it had a buttload of power, quality and reliability was nothing like a toyota. It fell apart in 4 years of being babied! Traded it for an '05 Tacoma double cab, and regretted selling it for the wife's Honduh!
Love my '11 SR5! Its got enough power to tow a 4200lb trailer through L.A. and back home to Idaho, all while getting 15.6mpg, and that's with speeds well over 70mph most of the way, and some speeds nearing, well, I won't say, but it WAS L.A.!
No real fatigue after driving non-stop through 3 full tanks of fuel and over 14 hours on the road, not even the wife's Honduh Odyssey can do that!
